The airpim.com website and any other tools used by airpim to provide its products and services Personal, professional, and business data (hereinafter "personal data") collected through the registration procedures for services offered by airpim via its owned websites will be recorded in airpim's paper and electronic databases, for which airpim will be responsible regarding data processing. airpim processes users' personal data in accordance with Italian and European regulations, particularly the GDPR (EU) 2016/679, specifically for the collection, recording, organization, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, and any other operation necessary for providing the requested services, including communication to third parties when required by law. Security Measures: airpim srl - in compliance with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 in force since May 25, 2018 and pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018 - has adopted all appropriate security measures to protect the security and integrity of data during processing and has prepared, keeping it constantly updated, a Data Processing Activities Register (until May 25, 2018 it had a Security Planning Document (DPS)). It certifies that airpim uses servers protected by infrastructure adequate to the risk pursuant to art. 34 of the GDPR, filing cabinets with security locks, IT authentication and authorization criteria, and suitable procedures to restore data in case of harmful events.

Among these, it is essential not to give your personal data without the supervision of a present parent or an adult who is entrusted by the parents or the court to care for minors under 16. Should we discover that a user is under 16, we will immediately delete the data and report the incident to the family or the competent authorities.
